My name is Michele Trotter. I founded Thrive HR to provide resources, information and consulting to help people and companies thrive through creative problem solving of complex problems.
I am a seasoned HR leader with a passion for people and over two decades of experience in the dynamic worlds of corporate HR leadership. My journey has taken me through major publicly traded companies to the intimate settings of small startups, and from the hustle of the retail sector at the beginning of my career to the heart of healthcare in the last 10 years.
My mission is simple but powerful: to improve lives. I do this by crafting thoughtful content and innovative solutions to tackle complex HR challenges. Throughout my career, I've been on a mission to provide honest coaching and feedback, believing that genuine connections and continuous growth are the keys to success.
